| I want to thank Kathy Divel for guiding me through my first real estate transaction at the age of 66. I was scared of the many horrors my friends encountered when they were selling their properties and apprehensive of the many long hours I would have to spend gathering information and filling out paperwork in order to complete the transaction. None of these things came to be with the help of Kathy. She kept in constant contact with me and supplied the tools I needed to complete the transaction with a minimum of stress and time. | It was a great pleasure working with Kathy to purchase my condo. I was moving from Northern California to San Juan Capistrano, so there was only one long weekend to look at homes, and make a selection. Kathy was wonderful about giving all of her time to me that weekend, and became an intimate part of my selection process. After working with her for a short time, I knew that she would steer me to the best home for me, both from a financial and personal perspective. I also appreciate that Kathy made it easy for us to conduct the purchase long-distance. She was always available and great at explaining things and giving me her opinion on issues that came up. Kathy was kind enough to conduct the inspection and walk-through on the condo, since I was still in Northern California.
