Kathy Divel has been a licensed real estate agent since 1976, and has a California real estate broker's license.  She specializes in listing, selling, and leasing residential and residential income properties in Orange County.  Kathy also has 14 years of experience as paralegal in the areas of estate planning, real estate, and business transactions.

Kathy grew up in Capistrano Beach, graduated from San Clemente High School, and has Liberal Studies (General Business/Real Estate emphasis) and Paralegal degrees from Saddleback College.  Having lived in the Capistrano Beach/San Juan Capistrano area for more than 48 years,she has seen much growth and many changes.  As a real estate professional, Kathy offers her clients the confidence of knowing the area and marketplace intimately.

As an active member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Orange County Association of Realtors, and Southern California Multiple Listing Service, Kathy utilizes the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to meet your expectations.
