I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1976, and have a California real estate broker's license.  I specialize in listing, selling, and leasing residential and residential income properties in South Orange County.  I also have 13 years of experience as a real estate, estate planning, and business transaction paralegal. 

I grew up in Capistrano Beach, graduated from San Clemente High School, and have Liberal Studies (General Business/Real Estate emphasis) and Paralegal degrees from Saddleback College.  Having lived in the Capistrano Beach/San Juan Capistrano area for more than 50 years, I have seen much growth and many changes.  As a real estate professional, I offer my clients the confidence of knowing the area intimately, as well as the marketplace.
