I am pleased to be a member of the Keller Williams OC Coastal Realty office.  Keller Williams Realty is now the fourth largest real estate company in America.  The Keller Williams OC Coastal Realty office has grown to over 110 agents, and is the largest single office in San Clemente.

I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1976, and have a California real estate broker's license.  For 17 years, I was a full-time real estate agent - listing, selling, and leasing residential and residential income properties in South Orange County.  I subsequently expanded into the legal field, and have 13 years of experience as a real estate, estate planning, and business transaction paralegal.

I grew up in Capistrano Beach, graduated from San Clemente High School, and have Liberal Studies (General Business/Real Estate emphasis) and Paralegal degrees from Saddleback College.  Having lived in the Capistrano Beach/San Juan Capistrano area for more than 48 years, I have seen much growth and many changes.  As a real estate professional, I offer my clients the confidence of knowing the area intimately, as well as the marketplace.

I am an active member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Orange County Association of Realtors, and Southern California Multiple Listing Service.
