Kathy has been a licensed real estate agent since 1976, and has a California real estate broker's license.  For 17 years, she was a full-time real estate agent - listing, selling, and leasing residential and residential income properties in South Orange County.  Kathy subsequently expanded into the legal field, and has 13 years of experience as a real estate, estate planning, and business transaction paralegal.

Kathy grew up in Capistrano Beach, graduated from San Clemente High School, and has Liberal Studies (General Business/Real Estate emphasis) and Paralegal degrees from Saddleback College.  Having lived in the Capistrano Beach/San Juan Capistrano area for more than 48 years,she has seen much growth and many changes.  As a real estate professional, Kathy offers her clients the confidence of knowing the area intimately, as well as the marketplace.

Kathy Divel is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Orange County Association of Realtors, and Southern California Multiple Listing Service.  She utilizes the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to meet your expectations.
