• EXPERIENCE - Kathy Divel has been a licensed real estate agent since 1976, and is a real estate broker.  She has extensive experience in the Capistrano Beach, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano and San Clemente real estate markets.
   
• KNOWLEDGE -  Kathy has been awarded a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification from the National Association of Realtors.  She has also been designated as a Certified Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) Specialist by the California Association of Realtors.  Kathy's knowledge is a valuable resource to both sellers and buyers in the sale and purchase of distressed properties. She was raised in Capistrano Beach and resides in San Juan Capistrano with her husband and daughter.  As a resident of South Orange County for more than 50 years she has seen much growth and many changes.  Her clients benefit by being able to make sound real estate decisions based on her knowledge of the market.
